This Tune up kit does not fit Ford Tractor 2N, 9N or 8N models with Front Mount Distributor or any other Distributor.
12 Volt Coil is Internally Resisted, and must not be used with an External Ballast Resistor. This Coil is for use with 12 Volt System only and cannot be used with 6 Volt System.
If 6 Volt Coil is needed, please purchase the 6 Volt Coil
Note: When replacing the Rotor button on the Side Mount Distributor; if your Rotor button Clip is worn and not replaced; When you install a New Rotor button, the Rotor button may come loose from the Clip inside the Distributor Cap and break: Check your Rotor Button Clip before use to prevent damage to your Rotor Button.
