Shipping & Return & Cancellation Policy

All orders above $199 qualify for free shipping; within the lower 48 United States only, unless otherwise stated.

Orders generally ship within 2–3 business days after payment has been processed and cleared, unless otherwise noted in the detailed description of the item purchased. Once shipped, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping carrier.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays.

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to report merchandise that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect or error. Replacement or exchange is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion.

All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us for return instructions before shipping any merchandise back.

Returns will not be accepted more than 30 business days after purchase. Items returned without an approved RMA will not be refunded.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Orders canceled or refunded before shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the refund amount. This excludes items that are on backorder status from the manufacturer.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs and arrangements to send their core to us for rebuild or remanufacturing services.

The 5% cancellation fee also applies to service orders canceled or refunded before shipment, including orders canceled because the customer has not sent the required core.

Manuals, Electronic items, Opened Carburetor Kits, and any parts that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
